My faith shapes how I lead. My family reminds me why. Serving others gives the work meaning.

I’m Derrick. I’m a Christian, a family man, and an entrepreneur. I lead Legacy Property Management of Silicon Valley and have built a thriving, multimillion-dollar business outside LegalShield.

But business success has never erased what I see around me: capable people who feel stuck. People working hard, carrying responsibilities, and quietly wondering whether they’ve run out of time to build something of their own.

I don’t believe a difficult chapter has to define the rest of a person’s story. I wanted a practical way to introduce people to business ownership, a useful service, and a community where they can learn.
