The LegalShield associate opportunity

A business you can
believe in building.

I see a way to connect two things that matter to me: helping people understand their options, and introducing them to a business they can learn to build.

A conversation. A new skill. A practical next step.
The business, simply explained

Learn the service.
Build relationships.
Serve your customers.

The opportunity is to sell LegalShield and IDShield memberships. Start by understanding the products and who they may help.

01

Share useful services.

Introduce people to legal-access and identity-protection memberships. Explain both their value and their limits.

02

Develop your skills.

Use company product education, Fast Start training, and associate resources. Learn how to listen, follow up, and support customers.

03

Earn through sales.

Eligible membership sales, qualifying team sales, and renewals can generate compensation under the company’s plan. Recruiting alone does not pay.

Know what you’re choosing

A clear look at the costs.

A modest entry fee is one reason this caught my attention. I also believe a good decision starts with seeing the expenses beyond the headline.

Honest answers

Questions worth
asking.

Clarity matters more than pressure.

Is this a job or my own business?

This is an independent-contractor sales opportunity, not employment or a salaried position. You are responsible for your business activity, expenses, and applicable obligations.

How are associates paid?

Eligible compensation comes from membership sales, qualifying team membership sales, and renewals under the compensation plan. There is no compensation simply for enrolling another associate. Incentives have additional requirements.

Do I need to be an attorney?

No. Your role is to explain and market the memberships using approved materials. Legal questions belong with provider law firms; associates do not provide legal advice.

Is $99 the complete cost of operating the business?

It is the one-time associate registration fee. Optional Advantage Plus costs $24.95 per month. Membership subscriptions, licensing or registration in certain jurisdictions, optional events, advertising, taxes, and other operating costs may be additional. Review current enrollment terms.

Can I start alongside my current work?

You can choose when to work on the business. Building a customer base takes sustained effort, follow-up, and service. Consider your available time, employer policies, and financial situation before joining.

Do I need to buy a membership to explore the opportunity?

You can learn about the opportunity before making a purchase. Associate registration and legal or identity subscriptions have separate charges. Confirm the current eligibility and enrollment requirements with LegalShield.

What does working with Derrick mean?

My invitation starts with a conversation about your goals and whether this business fits you. We can discuss product education, company training, and your first practical steps. I do not promise earnings or a particular financial outcome.

Do we need to share the same faith?

My Christian faith is part of who I am and why I serve. You are welcome to learn, ask questions, and explore the opportunity regardless of your beliefs.
