Covered advice does not mean every case is fully paid for. For example, the published personal-plan comparison lists a $79 traffic-ticket court-appearance fee. Limits, exclusions, and waiting periods apply. Review the comparison

Can I use a plan before a problem becomes serious?

Many covered services involve reviewing documents or asking questions before you act. Confirm the matter is covered and contact the provider law firm through the membership process.

Is this the same as an unlimited attorney retainer?

No. You have access to a network of provider law firms under a defined membership contract. Consultation, document work, court representation, and other services have different rules. Additional fees may apply.

Can I choose any attorney or expect a particular result?

Services are provided through the program’s provider arrangements. Check your contract for referral or discounted-service options. No membership or attorney can guarantee the outcome of a dispute.

Do I have to become an associate to use the services?

No. You can consider a membership as a customer. Becoming an independent associate is a separate business decision with a separate registration fee.

Where do I see the exact price for my state?

Continue through Derrick’s official associate page, select the appropriate service and state, and review the quote and contract before paying. Pricing here is an overview and is not a binding offer.
